Dodge For Josh 2012

Dodge For Josh is a community Dodgeball tournament open to all ages. Each team of 6 players will participate in a number a matches against similar teams of their age/skill level. Team uniforms (t-shirts etc.) are to be designed by the team. Originality and creativity will be appreciated. Registration fee is $60 per team ($10 per player for a 6 member team). Registration forms are due Thursday, February 23, 2012. Registration forms can be printed out via the link below or picked up at Personal Designs Florist Inc. Completed forms with payment of cash or checks made to Josh Rojas Foundation can be mailed to P.O. Box 17507 Rochester, NY 14617 or hand delivered to Personal Designs Florist Inc., located on 696 Titus Avenue. Store hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
