Grieving Hearts

To You - The Bereaved Parents: We know what it is like to be searching for guidance or for a moment of peace. We know you feel lost. You have a million questions but you can’t seem to put them into words. You are in a fog of agony, shock and denial. Please read the literature that we have created and compiled from other organizations. Also, feel free to ask us questions by emailing us or by sharing your story on this website (see Coping Minds). We truly know some of what you are going through. You are not alone. Your child is not forgotten and you will survive…one breath at a time. We are here.

To You – The Bereaved Youth Community of Classmates, Friends and Extended Family: (And Those Who Care For You): We know that you have questions about how to help the child’s family. Also, you want to know how to continue to live your own life yet never forget this amazing peer. Please read all of the literature that we have created and compiled from other organizations (even if you don’t think that it’s meant for you). Hopefully, it will shed some light on how you can be there for the grieving family while surviving yourselves, too. Feel free to ask us questions by emailing us or by sharing your story on this website (see Coping Minds). You are not alone. Your friend is not forgotten and you will survive…one breath at a time.

To You – The Bereaved Adult Community of Neighbors, Friends and Extended Family: We know that you too are searching for guidance and support. You want to know how to help the child’s family but you also need answers on how to support yourself and your own family with this devastating loss. Please read all of the literature that we have created and compiled from other organizations (even if you don’t think that it pertains to you). Hopefully, it will shed some light on how you can be there for the grieving family while surviving yourselves, too. Feel free to ask us questions by emailing us or by sharing your story on this website (see Coping Minds). You are not alone. This child is not forgotten and you will survive…one breath at a time.
